Scope of Work Karen Lombardi is the Donor Coordination Advisor for USAID’s Office of Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Operations. Karen is responsible for organizing and implementing coordination between USAID and major public and private donors active in international health assistance.
Background Previously, Karen worked as a senior project manager for a multifaceted HIV prevention project at Social & Scientific Systems, Inc., and has also consulted for a variety of international development organizations such as Macro International, JHPIEGO, and the CORE group.
